If I try to pick a color using the eyedropper, it does not select it. If I have the eyedropper selected, I get an 'invalid' system beep when I click on another tool, or anything outside the picture. Any menus and options are greyed out and will not let me select anything. I have to ALT+F4 to get out of this state.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop, and I still get the same issue. Needless to say, this has brought production to a screeching halt, since I can no longer use anything but black and white.
Anyone have any ideas?
